Our Screening Process
Resume Review
The Hearth Fairy prescreens resumes to select qualified candidates to proceed with the application process.
Application
Candidates submit a written application and are further screened and filtered for qualifications.
Reference Checks
References are contacted to evaluate candidates’ character, work history and qualifications.
Interview
Candidates participate in an in-depth interview to review work history as well as analyze their discipline philosophy, soft skills, and intrinsic values.
Background Checks
Candidates undergo thorough FCRA- compliant background checks including national, federal, state and county checks, social security verification, motor vehicle reports and social media screening.
Onboarding & Training
Candidates participate in an active onboarding and training to equip themselves with the resources necessary to provide excellent care. All caregivers are First Aid, CPR & AED certified for infants, children and adults.
